Bring on the Bold with Fab Five Fashionista's

Hello, there my lovelies!  I am so excited to collaborate with my Fashionista sisters aka the Fab Five FashionistasWe are just a group of women that actually met on Instagram and connected over our love of clothes and New York and Company.  It's so funny that we have never actually met in person but we message every day and our conversation has become so much more than fashion it has grown to such a beautiful friendship.

So this time our collaboration focuses on our love of color, bold colors to be specific. I can remember a day when the majority of my wardrobe consisted of black but that is a thing of the past. No more am I afraid to stand out I gravitate towards color and fun patterns.  When you come to a certain point in life you find yourself making bolder choices not just in your wardrobe but in your life. So our choice of bold color really represents so much more than our clothes.

I chose this jumpsuit not only for the bold color but also because of the snakeskin print which I am honestly so obsessed with right now. I know they are saying that snakeskin is the new leopard but I got to have both  I decided to put them both together by adding this leopard print clutch to the mix not only are we pattern mixing but we animal print mixing and honey I am here for it.

The flowing pants that have jogger type bottoms really make this jumpsuit stand out even more. It was love at first sight of course.  I could totally see my rocking this with a blazer making it office-friendly.

Jumpsuit/here

Ayesha -Emanee's Closet is giving Boss babe vibes in this bright and bold suit! As if the suit wasn't fabulous enough she takes it up a notch with the rainbow strip top. Love this chic and sophisticated look and it demands attention!

Reyni -Curls and High Heels is rocking this colorful and fringe detailed dress and it really fits her bright and fun personality. She is giving us sexy but also keeping it classy! Great choice girl!

LydiaChic to Street Style Mom always knows how to perfectly accessorize. I absolutely love the pop of yellow that she adds to this beautiful maxi dress. She looks gorgeous!

Yolanda -Curly Petite is twinning with Lydia but she is wearing the brown and white version of this dress and I love this color combo as well. Yolanda decided to add some pink to mix which I think is a fabulous idea. I know these two ladies have convinced me that I need this dress in my life.

Well, there you have it another fun collab with my girls!   Life gets so busy but feels great to be #ALLTOGETHERNOW.

Thank you so much for stopping by always means so much to me!

4th of July Inspiration

Hello, my lovelies it's been a minute well more like its been a month. My life has been so busy with my son graduating and me trying to wrap my mind around that.  He is my baby and I can't even lie it's got Mama feeling a certain kind of way. Is that normal?

I think the recent passing of my favorite aunt has also got me thinking about this next stage of my life and its a little scary. So instead of me focusing on that, I guess I will do what I always do " Get lost in Fashion"

Since we are one day out from the 4th of July weekend than I thought I would start July with some Independence day inspo. Now the great thing about all of these looks is that they will absolutely not break the bank and you know I am all about that life.. still!

              Dress /here  Plus Size //here  Shoes/sim  Bag /here

When I spotted this cute little dress at my local JCPenney it was love at first sight, It was giving all of that summer in the Hamptons feel. I mean I felt like I need one of those bicycles with a basket on the front.

I have been finding myself looking for more cute sneakers and oxfords I love the look but I also like the fact that they are way easier on the feet.

Skirt /here Plus /Sim Tee /here

If you are more into stripes than this skirt is a gr/eat option that you style so many ways. I opted to style this with this cute little tee with strawberries on it and can you believe it was under $10? Now that is what I am talking about!

                                               Dress /here Plus /sim  Shoes /sim

Can you tell I may have a little thing for stripes? This super cute dress was on that I picked up from Tarjay last year and luckily they have a very similar version that I can share with you now.  It's a high quality knit that can be dressed up or down and the red and navy give you are that 4th of July feels.

Now if you talk about stripes than you have to talk about polka dots and this navy and white is another cute and comfy option for all those 4th of July festivities. The great thing is it comes in other colors or if polka dots are not your thing then there is always red.

If you want to go with an ultra-feminine dress than cotton fit and flair would be a great option nice and comfy and also cool which is a must in this Indiana heat. I have linked similar options!

I hope you have an amazing holiday weekend! Thank you for stopping by it means so much to me!
