The Fab 40's - In Red and Pink

It is wonderful thing when you come across like minded individuals that share your same passion. I was over the moon when I was invited to be a part of the The Fab 40's community!  It is a wonderful feeling when you have ladies that you follow and have been a fan of want to include you in something amazing . I mean I had a real Sally Field moment ... "I can't deny the fact that you like me! You like me!

Now with this being my very first post that made me a tad bit  nervous but when I found out the first theme was "Red and Pink"  I was able to relax a little because this girl loves her some red and pink especially during the month of Love .

I selected this hot pink , black and white pencil skirt and the bold stripes just make a big statement . I am a big statement kind of gal. I love bright colors interesting stripes and patterns . I feel like it makes everything come alive and just gives me a little pep in my step. I decided to add my hot pink coat and over the knee boots for a fun and colorful look .

  2. It's lovely having you, Mary. You have such a feminine style, beautifully girly without being kiddish or childish, and as a fellow fierce lover of pink, I'm adoring your outfit as well. Such a bold statement xoxo

  3. You ladies rock and are such an inspiration to those of us of a certain age. Now that I am at a point in my life where I have a little more time and income to support my inner Fashionista, I appreciate you sharing your sense of style with someone who wants to remain current yet timeless. Thank you.
