Eazy Breezy Mini Vacation Vibes

Being a woman has so many challenges you juggle so many things , have so many decisions that need to be made but for me is deciding what to pack when I go on vacation has be one of the most difficult for me. 

I recently went a much needed mini vacation to Miami. I have really been struggling lately with work , family and life balance  so much so that I could feel anxiety levels go thought the roof.   So a few days away is exactly what the Dr ordered.   

Now only going away for extended weekend I decided that I would get everything I needed in a carry on because this girl is not paying an extra 35 when I don't have #frugalfashionista

As many of you know my obsession with jumpsuits is real and you will really see how much with this post.  I just how easy it is one and done . What more can you ask for ? I mean I have way to many things to think about anything that simplifies my life makes me happy .  I love the peek a boo cut out in the stomach area  it  gives you that vacay vibe and still keeps it classy.

                                                Tropical Jumpsuit 

Another amazing jumpsuit this one is giving me tropical and vacation vibes ,the bright and vibrant colors and light fabric that is easily packed takes up little space and looks totally put together !  This amazing jumpsuit from my favorite online boutique Eccentric Kristoure is giving me all kinds of life .

                                           Floral Perfection Jumpsuit

Ok I admit I have a problem yet another jumpsuit. The funny thing about this one is it wasn't even on the sales floor . One the girls at NY and company knows me all to well. She brings it out from the back saying she thought of me when she saw. it . She was dead on with the one .. now either she is just good or I am in there way to much... I think it could be both.  I love the one shoulder design of this jumpsuit and it hangs to nicely and the material is so nice.

Now I had to put a dress in mix because I am a dress girl at heart .  This dress is had such a beautiful spring like pattern but the added sexiness of the high split makes such a great look for dinner date with your sweetie .  Adding my favorite block heels and this super cute choker that I picked up from Walmart for $2 . Yes I said $2 and in case you been sleeping on Walmart jewelry I am here to tell you a great place for those trendy pieces that add a little something to your look

Now last but not least let's talk about the swimsuit. I am going to be honest I have not worn a swimsuit in public for at least 20 years.  As many women I struggle with body image my hips mostly I am in 40's and the cellulite is an issue for me . I kept telling myself I will lose 10lbs and than get a swimsuit . I decided I will not live that way anymore that I will love and embrace that skin that I am in right now and let me tell you . I didn't think about my hips or cellulite once in Key Biscayne . I took it in .. I lived my life unapologitically  and guess what it felt damn good!  Maybe it was the Mimosa's or maybe it was me loving and accepting me just where I am at .

  Are you like me and have avoided doing something your life because of the way that you felt about yourself ?  Let's learn to embrace what we are insecure  about and start living our best life.  Believe me I am a work in progress but the beautiful thing about life as long as you are breathing you have the chance to think and live differently .

Going Gingham

I just love classic trends that seem to come back or really just never went out of style they are just reinvented with a modern twist  . Gingham is a classic pattern and it is going strong this spring season .  I love the fact that you can dress it up with some super cute sandals or keep really casual with a just a pair of cute gym shoes.  What more can a girl ask for ?   Well for this dress to be under $25 well I got my wish this dress is $22 . 

I decided to wear these with my Lizette supercute sandals from Just Fab . Not only are these shoes darling but they are actually quite comfortable which is so necessary for these 40 something feet..LOL

Perfectly Pleated

I have had a fascination for pleats ever since I was a little girl.  They are just so feminine light and is such a classic look that never seems to go out of style.They are so many style options take it office or create a more fun casual look you can add some gym shoes and a tank  or graphic tee. 

 What I love most about this skirt is had classic lines but the amazing fuchsia metallic coloring just takes this skirt to another level of fabulous.  I often see silver and gold but this color immediately got my attention and kept it :)

The spring season brings beautiful flowers and the desire to wear amazing dresses.  I currently have a slight obsession for "off shoulder midi dress" and for " khaki midi dress" I love trends that allow me to feel that I am current but are flattering and the off the shoulder trend is universally flattering on all body types

Making a Statement

There are just some dresses that make a statement without needing to say anything and this mint green Royalty dress from +Eccentric kristoure does just that .  When I first saw this dress I thought this was something dramatic that I could definitely see a celebrity wearing this to a red carpet event.  I love the mint green color is just oozes such class and sophistication and makes me think back that that amazing mint green Valentino dress that JLO wore to the Oscars . I loved how the color looked on her and it just was an unforgettable dress just like this little number for an amazing price. 

I decided to add a little fun with the beaded little clutch that I picked up from Jcpenney for under $20 and my nude shoes and this girl was ready to hit the town or a red carpet event.

Blushing in Spring

I was so happy to see the sunshine after a week long of rainy weather and not to mention that snow that we briefly had for a day. Oh yes snow in April well I am in Indiana so the weather is so unpredictable and it sometimes puts this girl in a blue funk.  So now we are back to sunny days well at least for the weekend and it instantly brightens this girls mood because sunshine makes everything better.

I just love spring it's time for the beautiful flowers and those lovely spring dresses and skirts. My favorite hue this year is definitely blush everything!  This blush maxi from Eccentric Kristoure is a girls dream skirt  and the twirl factor is amazing and can you imagine it blowing in the wind?  I love that you can dress this piece up or down I decided to go with a dressier look but would totally rock this with a denim jacket or shirt and some cute booties.  I went with my Eva Mendes black body suit this go around I thought it would be a perfect look with these gorgeous Lizette sandals from Just Fab that I am just obsessed with . I love a shoe that is cute and also comfy and ladies this shoe fits the bill!

Jumping Into a New Week

It seems like every Sunday night I am sitting her thinking about how fast the weekend has come an gone.  Time just goes by so fast I am often reminded of that each time I look at my kids. My daughter away at college just living her life and my son starting to drive oh it makes me feel oh so old.. LOL. 

Instead of looking at this Monday with dread as I usually do I am determined to  look at it as fresh start to the rest of my life. What can I do this week to make a difference in my life or in someone else's . Mondays just like every other day is a gift from God .. many people don't get the chance to start a new week so I will be grateful for gift of a new beginning .
