Who says you can't get anything with 5 bucks? I have proven that wrong so many times just read my blog...lol. I have to admit when I first saw this dress at Sears in the $4.99 rack I was like this looks cute in a homey way...but I knew I could do something with this...I paired this with some sexy boots and turned it into fabulous.  Its amazing how a sexy pair of shoes can change the whole dynamic of a look.
